Can Any Inu make any changes to the bridges, such as fees or taxes?

No. Any Inu does not directly control any of the bridges, their mechanics, fees, or processing times. It is the bridges themselves that manage this.

Can Any Inu be supported on [X] chain?

Any Inu relies on Axelar primarily for its bridging. That means as Axelar expands its support for different chains, Any Inu will be able to be traded on those chains as well!
